I've adopted Werner's suggestion of using a pencircle shape and explicit  
directions. I've also added a new clef as agreed on the issue tracker.   
I've adjusted the bounding box and believe this is now correct.  I've done  
a print out on my laser printer at all font sizes between 11 and 26 point  
and it looks fine.  Think this is now good to go?
