[PATCH] More parmesan fixes, improved custos

Attached is a patch with the following changes:

* Some more parmesan related fixes;
* Custos: varying shape (in particular, stem length), depending on the
  vertical position of the custos (on staffline / between stafflines);
* Custos: added grob property "neutral-direction" (same semantics as
  with stem); introduced new grob property "neutral-position";
* Time-signature: print a warning when resorting to default layout.

Time signatures are still broken in parmesan.  The reason is that
time-signature.cc looks up the font via the "timesig-symbol" in
"style-alist" in font.scm; but the lookup-function obviously (I
did not track down this in detail) considers only the first match for
"timesig-symbol" within "style-alist" (which evaluates to the font
identifier "music", which itself maps to the feta font), so that adding
the line "(timesig-symbol . ((font-family . ancient)))" to "style-alist"
in font.scm does not help.  Any help appreciated.
