Avoiding orphan headers

I tried to deep into the problem of having orphan-headers. These
oprhan-headers appear, when several \scores{} have been inserted from a
single '.ly'-file. For example:

____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________

____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________

(header of score 2)
(page break)
____________________________________________
____________________________________________

By the following way, however, these orphan headers could be avoided:

* Place the header(s) together with the first score line in a common box
  which one can not split.

(header of score 1)
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
(end the box)

____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________
____________________________________________

(page break)

(begin the box)
(header of score 2)

(end the box)

Imho, with these boxes one can avoid the orphan headers. There is no
reason to have different floating objects for a header and the
corresponding first score line?
