Fwd: missing 1st note on 2nd part of staff after volta

Dear Lilypond,

Attached is a shortened excerpt of the 1st violin's
part that shows the problem. The problem with the
missing first note in the second volta also produces
the same problem when using unfold. Thanks for your
help.
