ly2dvi error with Coriolan

Dear Lilypond,

I'm still having problems. I am still getting errors
when doing ly2dvi with Coriolan. See error as follows:

I believe it has to do with the combineStaff. I am
wanting to combine my violoncelli with contrabassi on
the same staff and I am unable to find anything that
would work. Any suggestions?
