Thanks for the info.
I tried to slant the 8th rest 69 degrees but that looks too wild.
So I have committed a compromise where 8th rest is at 72 degrees and 
128th rest is at 80 degrees. Hence I have changed the layout of 8th rest 
a bit; Sorry Han-Wen (easily revertable, though)

128th rest is still wider (1.5 staffspace) than 8th rest (staffspace) 
but far less than before.
