I was just making a general comment: I would like you to closely
measure the angles that are needed, and document the dimensions that
you found in a comment in the MF code. Only change it when you see
differences between feta and Official Print That We Like. You might
very well find something different from my comment above, since I
haven't looked closely at 16th rests myself. The point is that I would
to have these findings to be written down.

For example, the 8th rest was vaguely based on a book with trumpet
studies by Duhem, and by Baerenreiters cello suites. I included my
findings in a comment in the mf file. One of the things that I tried
to do was make the rest a little lighter and narrower than the black
note head. I think this looks better in polyphonic music, when the
rest is below a head from a different voice.

I'd like to see similar comments for the 16th and further rests in the
mf file. I probably didn't notice your increase in slant, because the
8th rest itself is already quite slanted.
