Hi, I think /addlyrics behavior should be revisited.
Currently (correct me if i'm worng) it follows only slurs to skip syllables.
The right behavior should be this:
if note duration <= eight (notes with possible beaming):
follow beaming: commonly two syllables are NEVER tied in a beam
(syllable happens when beaming starts and it's not second or greater
note
in a sluring)
else
follow slurs
(syllable happens each note if there is no slur/tie
or in the first note of slur/tie)
endif
This method represent in example the common pratice of Bach scores, where the
same syllable occupies 2 x 16th notes tied in a beam, without sluring.
