lilypond-internals issues

Three problems:

  . The @direntry in lilypond-internals.texi is wrong.  It suggest this:

      * lilypond-internals: (lilypond/lilypond-internals).
                                             LilyPond program reference.

  . The line

      This is the program reference for LilyPond version 2.3.17

    in lilypond-internals.texi is at the wrong place.  It must come
    *after* the lines

      @node Top
      @top Top

    not before.

  . Any reason why the info files aren't installed with
    `install-info'?
