Re: Mutopia .ly files don't "compile" ?

Two questions come to mind:

1) Which version of Lilypond are you running?
2) When you look in the Mutopia files, which version are the files?

If my suspicion is correct, once you have answered these questions you might 
look in the documentation for convert-ly
