Thanks for the report.  Fixed in CVS.

Also, I have added the feature of not extending extenders during rests.

That is nice, and it helped me a lot in adding the new feature, but if
you get a crash, sending the whole .ly is OK.  Usually, creating a
small test case is waste of time.
