Yes, so that programmers can find their way around the code. I'm not
sure that "Implementation Documenter" is that best term to use, but I
can't think of a better one at present. The idea is to produce an
overview of how the source code is organised and to document the general
design of LilyPond, and to help write a "HOWTO" document on implementing
new features.
