LilyPond 2.5.26+ for Microsoft Windows

The installer has been updated

    http://lilypond.org/mingw/setup.exe

an upgrader has been added

    http://lilypond.org/mingw/upgrade.exe
    
and lots of bugs have been fixed.  Chinese fonts may still not work,
but should not prevent printing of the music.

Please test.
