IIRC, it was possible to suppress the tagline on a single page piece
with

  \header {
    tagline = ##f
  }

This apparently no longer works.  I now have to say

  \header {
    tagline = ""
  }

Any reason for this change?  Printing an empty string and printing
nothing is not the same...
