Could you have a look at the section on skyline vertical placement that I wrote? I think, btw, that "skyline vertical placement" isn't a good name for this node. The only reason I call it "skyline" in the first place is that it uses a skyline algorithm but that isn't really relevant for the user. Does anyone have a better idea for the name?
