-D bigpage works in texi2html, too. Somehow I must have missed this in the
texi2html manual... I've now pushed it and am currently rebuilding the docs
on kainhofer.com/~lilypond/texi2html-out/
-D "VAR VALUE" is not supported, though (it works in makeinfo only by accident
and is not officially supported there, either).
