Using line-break-system-details to fix staff/lyrics positions causes problems with lyrics |

Currently, the way to force a fixed spacing of the staves, one has to use
line-break-system-details. If you have lyrics, you'll also have to add the
position for the lyrics line.
However, this is fatally broken: If one staff line does not have any
lyrics attached, the lyrics position is used for the next staff, which is
thus placed far too close to the previous staff!
An example (a full choir staff with one organ/piano) is attached: If there is
a staff line where either S, A, T or B has only rests, of course no lyrics
line is shown, but the next staff is placed where the lyrics should be!
How can I work around this?
Cheers,
Reinhold
