[PATCH] RSS feed on lilypond.org

Hi,

Here's a patch to be applied simultaneously to web branch and on
lilypond.org for generating a RSS feed.  I followed RSS specifications
and recommendations from rssboard.com and tested it with Firefox 2 and
NewsFox Firefox extension.

After this patch is applied, news entries should be added to
news.html.in.  Speaking of, Valentin, are you sure you want to delete
old entries for LilyPond report?  If you fear they make release items
disappear too quickly, I can easily hack make-news.py so that it selects
the right 4 entries to be displayed on the home page.
