I didn't realize that we "built" makelsr.py.  It doesn't have any
@...@ variables.

Hmm.  Maybe.  But you *do* realize that makelsr.py is only
intended to be used by the person updating lsr in git, right
(currently Neil) ?  It's not part of the build process.

Maybe it shouldn't be in buildscripts/, but I it definitely
doesn't belong in scripts/
