Hmm, I can't reproduce this.  My GUB build has LilyPad (with Czech
menus, etc.), but 2.13.4-1 from

http://download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/binaries/mingw/lilypond-2.13.4-1.mingw.exe

does not have LilyPad.  I don't how we could be getting different
results.  :-P  Oh well.  I'll try to verify this again on different
(clean) machines, to see if I get different results or if I'm just
going crazy.
