Some further changes found by my pixel comparator

baerenreiter-sarabande.ly - more open line spacing on .47

custos.ly - the lines at the end of the mensural notation are much longer in 
.47 - see attached image - the red is the new, longer line.  I don't 
understand this and would need to raise it as a regression unless someone 
can tell me it's deliberate and a correction.

font-name-font-size.ly - changed output following Werner's update to the 
regtest, 17 Jan.

mensural-ligatures.ly.  Significant differences in the dots for part of the 
output.  Again, don't understand these, but my guess would be the new 
version is wrong.  See attached image - dots from .46 are green, those from 
.47 are red.

mozart-hrn-3.ly - slight differences in the spacing on page 2 and 3.  Not a 
problem.

page-label.ly.  .47 breaks the system on page 3, leaving the label off the 
side of the page.  .46 neatly fits this on a single system in the middle of 
the page.  See attached image from .47.  Looks like a regression to me.

page-top-space.ly - .47 leaves a much larger gap to the page top, which I 
believe is now correct behaviour.

That's it.  There were a lot of false positives because of the changes to 
how the clefs and flags are shown in the png output, but I think these are 
the key ones.  Please comment on the mensural changes and the page-label 
change.
