Something seems to have choked in build-notes.itexi, Graham. 
Specifically, the node on Website build no longer produces an html 
file.  The irony, of referring to the file website-build.html in order 
to try and debug the absence of the file website-build.html, is not 
entirely lost on me, even at this late stage of a Sunday!
