2.14.2 regtests (vs 2.14.1)

accidental-placement.ly (and others): no naturals before other accidentals- 
expected change.
A number of regtests are places/spaced better; e.g. fingering-cross-staff.ly
midi-volume-equaliser.log (for example):
-warning: MIDI channel wrapped around
-warning: remapping modulo 16

BUT.
midi-grace.log (for example):
+warning: MIDI channel wrapped around
+warning: remapping modulo 16
(I've definitely lost the plot over this error message).

mozart-hrn-3.log:

Known problem with the regtest now.
