Yes. I want to have those in a git repository, but that's
something to debate in GOP 11 (which is online now, but I'll still
wait until 2011-09-09). Until then, you need to prepare the build
separately (possibly on a different computer, as is done for
lilypond.org).
You want this "How to make the website with no other preconditions"
added to the CG?
I'd rather have "how to set up a full website build", followed by
"building the full website". hmm... for now, don't create any new
nodes; just dump the info into a new @subheading in 6.2 Uploading
and security. Because all this info might change if GOP 11 is
accepted (in about 4 weeks).
