More likely `make -j3 all'...
I suspected as much seeing your patch. parser.hh and parser.cc are
generated independently since ae9b8d637bae923bf8069f5e0f9bdb327bb98559,
and it would appear that I have overlooked dependencies arising from
f7437fd4f26ab6ca5b2814f08938d66c80544ed2.
