Actually the newest version of Mike's work is on Rietveld, not in
skylines-cached branch. http://codereview.appspot.com/5626052/
When i nuked everything and started from scratch, font-cache worked.
However, I've found some other problems (described in Rietveld,
comment 23), so it's still Patch=needs_work.
