Hi all,
this is my first (actually second - but it was ages ago) patch, so
please be a bit tolerant with me :)
I made a small modification to musicxml2ly so that accidentals that
have the parentheses="yes" property translate into Lilypond as
AccidentalCautionary (which by default shows a nice parenthesis). I
find this quite useful when translating from finale so all the
suggested accidentals don't get lost.
