Not convinced. Would we not expect the new time sig to be shown at the end
of the previous line? It's gone.
Nope. Don't understand why ledger lines affect the overall staff size.
Look at the height of the staves - the new version is smaller.
These two tests were very crowded, and a tiny change to ledger line spacing
caused them to over flow their lines, so I changed the reg-tests to keep them
easily readable.
The explanation on the tracker issue is just below the images of the old
regtests.
