Mea culpa. That was actually the version header in a regtest for, well,
a not-really-bugfix change relaxing one corner of \score syntax that
kept annoying people.

Fine with me. I had postponed the large-scale announcements of 2.18.0
in order to not get reports by everyone trying to use convert-ly without
further options for upgrading to 2.18.0 and only getting 2.17.97. So
the big fanfare will get blown a bit late.
