Which lilypond do you use?
Fedora 22's packaged lilypond binary?
www.lilypond.org downloaded lilypond binary?

www.lilypond.org version bundles ghostscript, pango, freetype, etc.
And, it always uses bundled them instead of system's.
So I believe that it is not occur the gs issue.
