Many years ago Nicholas Sceaux developed instructions on how to do a native
LilyPond build on OSX. As OSX evolved further and further from its BSD roots,
those instructions no longer worked, and I stopped building native Mac code.
I do my development with LilyDev and my production work with released Mac
builds.
