OK. Since I had a preference for the previous scheme with blue, I reverted to it. I think I will stick with this unless more objections are raised. I've now sent a request for feedback to the user list. We'll see how it comes across. (I am slightly fearful about this method given that debates on presentation issues can easily become flamewars. I have enough trust in the lilypond-user community's constructiveness, though.) Best, and happy new year to all, Jean
