Interestingly, adding

doesn't help for `VaticanaLigature` (but works for normal note heads).
This looks like a problem deep in `vaticana-ligature-engraver.cc` (and
`mensural-ligature-engraver.cc`, which has exactly the same problem
for `MensuralLigature`).
