I've added

Chord name printing implementation has been rewritten in 1.7. In 1.6,
ChordNames internally generate markup texts with font changes.
One of the results is that manually setting @code{font-relative-size}
will have no effect; use @code{font-magnification} in this case.

I've set ChordNames.minimumVerticalExtent to (0 . 2.5) by default.
I'm not sure if this is the best solution, it might mean that chord
names take up too much space in other contexts.

Do I recall correctly that chords should be below the volta? That
seems like a better solution to me. I'll look into that.

Works for me on lily 1.7
BTW, for bugreports, you can simply send the .ly and bug description
in a mail to the list. .ps is not necessary.
