OK, I got it.  Kinda worked, I put the results on the same
page (http://afavant.elte.hu/~wferi/lilypond).  There were
some problems though:

Imagemagick is needed.
autotrace 0.29 is enough.
texinfo 4.1 is enough.
scrollkeeper is needed.
#include <stdio.h> into lily/parser.yy
g++ 2.95 is enough. (configure problem!)
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable ${misc:Depends}
