Shifting rest symbol - II

Hello,
I ask for this problem at last week, but too complexly :-(
Well, I ask simply

Is some possibility to disable automatic vertical shifting of rest symbol in
case of two voices in one stave?

I can't use \rest - impossibility generating of multimeasure rests
I can't use \skip or "s - type" of rest in one of the voices - impossibility
generating individual parts from same source

Exists some property, that solve this problem?
