Interesting! How is this command used? I tried to search for it in the docs
but I could not find it. :-( *)

I have one piece that could be fit on one page but it refuses to respect my
authority unless I specify:
\paper {
       between-system-padding = #0.1
       between-system-space = #0.1
       ragged-last-bottom = ##f
       ragged-bottom = ##f
}
However that only squishes the systems together, places them on the bottom
of the page and leaves an inch of white space between the header and the
first system.

*) IMHO the manual is now harder to use than a couple of minor versions ago.
There are now four different major documents where the information is
stored. Sometimes I have to search all of them or use the OS search function
to get the info I need.
