Problem with braces font in standalone markup

Look at the following markup:

\markup { \line { "left" \override #'(font-encoding . fetaBraces) \lookup
#"brace50" "right" } }

The real one is much bigger, much complex, with many texts.
All text must be in Times New Roman:

\markup { \override #'(font-name . "Times new roman") \line { "left"
\override #'(font-encoding . fetaBraces) \lookup #"brace50" "right" } }

In this last one, the texts are in TNR, but the brace has disappeared. Its
place is "reserved", but it is not present.

Any ideas?
