This is <URL:https://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3066>,
fixed in version 2.19.16.
The issue description is somewhat misleading as the bug concerns more
than just tied unisons.
The code in question is in the Tie_engraver in C++ so it cannot be
brought into 2.18.2 without recompilation.
