Well, it's to be expected that a user mailing list contains questions,
answers, solutions. I don't really agree with your characterization of
Scheme as a "quite specialised area" of LilyPond: it's a rather integral
part of its workings and interfaces, quite different from the role, say,
Lua plays in LuaTeX. So I don't see much of a point in a separate
mailing list.
