I had no idea this was possible!
This is considered experimental, and therefore you have to activate "experimental features" in Frescobaldi's Preferences dialog. Be warned that this is considered experimental for a reason, though.

Frescobaldi can export a MusicXML version of your score. Many music programs can import
that format.
