Ouch.

Error code 11 would indicate a segmentation fault. Those
can have various causes; the usual cause for an unreliable
segmentation fault would be a garbage collection error.
Those are notoriously difficult to track down, can appear
or disappear at any time with unrelated circumstances,
and are frequently non-reproducible across machines.

Do you have the impression that the error occurs
systematically? Could you post code that triggers it?
As a special case, it does not need be minimal (I guess
that you would be in trouble to construct a minimal
one anyway).
