What I would like to accomplish is to add a phrasing slur like the one in the picture. On lilypond /frescobaldi I does not allows it (error) when I tried the code I sent.

Er, what error?!I can't seem to get what the problem is?
In your e-mail message, that prime after the first "fis" is a smart apostrophe (close quote) instead of the straight prime it should be. Is that your problem?
