The left-hand part is in triplet time and is a continuation of the right-hand triplets from the previous measures.

  I'm ignoring the lyrics right now, using those notes for a trumpet,

  The problem is in the left hand Piano notes at bar #27, 28 and 29.

  There's not enough 8th notes for 4/4 time in these bars.

  What am I missing?
