Alternatively, like with any mailing list, it is a good idea to look at
the complete headers.  In this case, those include

List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/options/lilypond-user>,
<mailto:lilypond-user-request@gnu.org?subject=unsubscribe> 

Which are links you can typically click in your mail client to
unsubscribe either via the web interface or via a mail to the
controlling server.  Either is a better option than writing to the list
itself since it just increases the noise in the list to direct
administrative requests to it.
