Hello.

As every other similar issue there (usage of Linphone with external provider SIP address) :

-Please verify that the registration is working with another app

    -If it does, please send us logs and we will investigate why this isn't working with Linphone

    -If it not, please check with your provider to see if they find an issue on their side

By the way, if your provider allows it, prefer TLS registration over UDP/TCP

I am looking for some help with your app. I don't seem to know how to make it work for me. 

The status on top panel shows "Connection in progress"

Is there anything I need to do or change in order to make it work?
