a Lout ftp site in France

I asked the ftp-admin of ftp.inria.fr to update lout distribution on
ftp.inria.fr:/textproc.

She (Francoise Dugast) kindly and promptly updated it. So
lout.3.02.tar.gz and lout.3.02.user.ps.gz should be available in
France as ftp.inria.fr:/textproc/lout.3.02.tar.gz and
lout.3.02.user.ps.gz. This ftp server is in France near Paris at
INRIA-Roquencourt.  This is not a mirror site of
ftp.cs.su.oz.au:/jeff. It does have the lout-3.02 distribution files.

So, european people asking for lout-3.02 could ftp to
ftp.inria.fr:/textproc instead of trying to connect to Sydney.

Thanks to Francoise Dugast for having updated the lout copy on this
ftp server in France.
