I have an alpha release of Text::LoutRef available. I haven't written
any conversion scripts to/from Text::Refer or Text::BibTex yet. Also,
I'm not pleased with the performance of the parser, but what the hey -
it seems to work.

Anyone who wants to take it for a spin can drop me an email to get a
copy of version 0.01. I'll eventually post it to perl's CPAN archive if
enough folks find it useful.
