Emacs mode for lout!

Howdy!
        I know this has been asked on this list many times before, AND
I know the reply is in the email archive ... BUT ... my ISP proxy server
seems to have trouble connecting to
   "http://www.chez.com/emarsden/lout/";
 (and since I kinda would like it really soon) .. could somebody  point out
another site I may be able to pick this up from .. or mail me the GNU Emacs
version (please) ....
        Your help is greatly appreciated ...
