Trobule in formulas

Hi

i've got some trouble in formulas like these:

   y'(x)=y''(x)^2

the apostrophes are not displayed in my ps-viewer in deeper
zooms or while printing. what's wrong?

i've added the demo-lout-file and the compiled PostScript-version
of it.
